The process includes withering, indoor withering and stirring, fixation, initial drying, rolling, drying, and roasting. Its appearance is tightly rolled, with dark green and oily leaves, and a bright golden-yellow liquor. The aroma profile includes roasted, roasted rice, ripe fruit, and a slight charcoal note. The taste is mellow, sweet with a hint of roasted aroma, and the tea soup is light and refreshing, with a light to medium body and a lingering aftertaste.
