Refresh availability Sugarcane Oolong: The tea master's mastery of the roasting process ensures the oolong tea's floral notes disappear, but the roasting technique itself is excellent. The aroma is a delightful blend of smoky and sweet notes, reminiscent of peanut brittle. The initial taste is moderately strong, with subtle hints of smoky, dry, peanut brittle, roasted rice, and sugar. The smoky, salty notes are prominent, followed by a sweet finish that lingers on the tongue.

-- Suggested method for hot brewing tea bags --
To enjoy the best flavor of the tea bag, we recommend steeping it for 6-8 minutes for the first infusion, then removing the tea bag. If this is inconvenient, you can leave the tea bag in (but this will enhance the flavor). After finishing the first cup, you can re-steep 1-2 times according to your personal preference. Boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius is ideal for brewing. If using a water dispenser, please extend the steeping time if the temperature is not high enough. A 200-300cc cup is suitable, and it can be brewed repeatedly.

Cold brew tea method (applicable to both tea bags and loose leaf tea) -- (The secrets to cold brew tea are in these 3 points)
Although cold brew tea is simple to make, there are a few other key steps to pay attention to.
Big points:
1. The ratio is very important. A suggested ratio of tea leaves to water is 1 gram to 100 ml. For a more unique flavor, you can increase it to 2 grams to 100 ml. Adjust according to personal preference (minimum 3 grams is required for cold brew tea).
2. Time is crucial. Cold brew tea needs to be left to steep for at least 8 hours. Refrigerating it allows the tea leaves to fully release their aroma due to the lower water temperature. After steeping for 8 hours, take it out and taste it. If it's too weak, chill it for another 2-4 hours. If it's just right, pick the tea leaves to avoid over-extraction. If it's inconvenient to chill, you can leave it out. Your cold brew tea is now ready!
3. For best flavor, cold-brewed tea should be prepared and then immediately placed in the pre-brewing stage.
